At Love Life Ministries, we believe that spiritual growth happens best in community. That’s why we’re excited to introduce Small Groups—a place where faith becomes personal, relationships deepen, and lives are transformed. Whether you're new to church or have been walking with God for years, small groups offer a space to:
What Are Small Groups?
Small groups are the heartbeat of a thriving church community. They foster discipleship, connection, accountability, and spiritual growth in a more intimate setting than Sunday services.
Discipleship & Bible Study Groups
These groups focus on spiritual growth through Scripture and discussion. Men’s Bible Study – Focused on biblical manhood, leadership, and accountability. Women's Worth – A group for women to study Scripture and share life experiences. Young Adults/College Group – Tackles faith, identity, and purpose for ages 18–30. Verse-by-Verse Study – Deep dive into books of the Bible with guided discussion. Topical Studies – Focused on themes like prayer, forgiveness, spiritual warfare, or stewardship.
Life Application & Support Groups
These groups help members apply biblical principles to everyday life. Marriage Enrichment Group – Strengthens couples through biblical teaching and shared experiences. Parenting with Purpose – Equips parents with tools for raising children in faith. Financial Peace Group – Based on Dave Ramsey’s principles for biblical money management. GriefShare – A support group for those navigating loss and healing. Celebrate Recovery – Christ-centered recovery for those dealing with addiction or emotional struggles.
Age & Stage-Based Groups
These groups build community around shared life stages. Youth Small Groups – Middle and high school students exploring faith and identity. Empty Nesters – Fellowship and spiritual growth for parents whose children have left home. Senior Saints – Older adults gathering for prayer, study, and encouragement. Singles Ministry – Focused on purpose, purity, and community for unmarried adults.
Service & Outreach Groups
These groups mobilize members to serve others and live out the gospel. Community Impact Team – Volunteers serving local needs (food banks, shelters, etc.). Missions & Evangelism Group – Training and outreach for sharing the gospel locally or globally. Prayer Warriors – Intercessory prayer group covering church, community, and global needs. Hospitality Team – Organizes meals, events, and welcomes newcomers.
Interest-Based Groups
These groups build fellowship around shared hobbies or passions. Creative Arts Group – Writers, painters, dancers, and musicians using their gifts for God. Fitness & Faith – Combines physical wellness with spiritual encouragement. Book Club – Reading and discussing Christian books or devotionals. Baking & Fellowship – Learning baking techniques, sharing recipes, baked goods, and testimonies.
Neighborhood or Home Groups
These are geographically based groups that meet in homes for fellowship and study. Home Fellowship Groups – Small gatherings for worship, study, and meals. Block Ministry Groups – Outreach and discipleship within specific neighborhoods.
